Call for imputs – Draft General Comment on the Application of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in Situations of Armed Conflicts
Echoes Cooperation’s MENA Team contributes a youth-led perspective to the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights’ call for inputs on the application of the ICESCR in situations of armed conflict. The submission examines accountability, access to remedy, reparations, sustainable recovery and the role of energy access in protecting economic, social and cultural rights during conflict and post-conflict transitions.
